How to start: Retinol near the eye needs easing into. Two or three nights a week for the first fortnight, then daily if your skin is comfortable. Nights only retinol increases sun sensitivity, so wear SPF during the day.
Patch test first, on the inner arm or beside the outer eye corner. This is the thinnest skin on your body and the most likely place to react.
