How to apply: Short connected strokes from the inner corner outward, rather than one long sweep — easier to control and easier to correct. Let it dry fully before opening your eye wide, or it transfers to the upper lid.
Removal: waterproof means waterproof. Use an oil-based or bi-phase remover; soap and water won't do it.
